Accessibility
Our Commitment
Juncu.ai is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML for proper screen reader support
- Keyboard navigation support
- Sufficient color contrast ratios
- Text alternatives for non-text content
- Responsive design for different devices and zoom levels
- Clear and consistent navigation
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. Specifically:
- Some interactive calendar components may have limited screen reader support
- Embedded payment forms (Stripe Elements) follow Stripe's own accessibility standards
