Experiences, stays & services

Tours, classes, stays, and local services (hairdressers, trainers, and more) all work the same way. You set the price the customer sees. Juncu.ai keeps a small commission, deducted from your payout — you never handle the fee yourself. The customer pays a small booking fee on top of your price.

You receive your payout via Stripe Connect after the service is completed, following a short processing window.

Restaurants

Your customers pay you directly at the restaurant — no online charges for diners. Juncu.ai bills a small per-cover fee to you, charged only on completed bookings. No-shows cost you nothing.

Cover fees are settled periodically via Stripe Connect. Only completed covers are billed.

Payouts, refunds & invoicing

Juncu.ai automatically issues you a compliant electronic invoice for all platform fees, including any VAT that applies.

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. After a service is completed, funds are held briefly to allow for any customer disputes before being released.

You set your own cancellation policy for customer cancellations — you decide how much is refundable and how far in advance. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking yourself, the customer always receives a full refund.

Your exact rate depends on your service type. You will see it during signup, before you agree to anything — no surprises, and no commitment until you have read it.

Frequently asked questions

When am I charged?
For experiences and accommodations, the commission is deducted from each booking payout — you never pay out of pocket. For restaurants, cover fees are aggregated and billed periodically via Stripe Connect.
When do I receive my payout?
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect after the service is completed. There is a short hold period to allow for any customer disputes before the funds are released to your bank account.
What happens if a customer cancels?
You set your own cancellation policy, so you control the refund terms and timing for customer cancellations. If you cancel a confirmed booking yourself, the customer always receives a full refund.
Do I need to issue invoices?
Juncu.ai issues you an electronic invoice for our platform fees, including any VAT that applies. Whether you also need to invoice your own customers depends on your tax regime — that is between you and your accountant.
What do I need to get started?
A WhatsApp number, a valid VAT number, and the ability to complete Stripe verification — plus a short description of your business and a few representative photos. Setup takes just a few minutes.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You have full control over the price your customers see. Juncu.ai's commission is a separate fee handled on our side — your listed price is what the customer pays for the service itself.
Does the AI assistant make decisions for me?
No. The AI is your assistant, not your replacement: every booking request comes to you on WhatsApp and you confirm or decline it, there or from your portal. No booking is valid without your OK, so it cannot clash with your own calendar, even a paper one. The only exception is one you choose: you can switch on automatic confirmation for individual services, and only on those are bookings accepted without reaching you first.
What can the AI tell my customers?
You decide. You configure once what the assistant may and may not say, and it follows your instructions and your earlier conversations. If a customer asks something you have not covered — whether a dish is gluten-free, for instance — the assistant does not improvise: it passes the question to you.
Can I put Juncu.ai on my own website?
Yes. Paste a short snippet and your services become bookable on your own site — visitors choose a date, sign in and book without leaving your page. Payment is handled securely by Juncu.ai, the commission is exactly the same as a booking made on Juncu.ai itself, and the widget takes your colours.
